Specialties, Modalities & Certifications

IFS is founded on the idea that we all have many parts inside of us that take turns leading. Getting to know these parts of yourself allows your true Self to emerge, making way for more calm and connection. "There are no bad parts." - Richard Schwartz, founder of IFS.

IFIO is IFS for couples. It is founded on the idea that creating safety in a relationship starts with each partner befriending their own parts, and ultimately then can be witnessed by the other. IFIO can lead to deeper connection in a couple.

EFT is a couple therapy that aims to facilitate authentic and secure connections with each other. “Emotional responsiveness—tuning into and supporting the other—is the key defining element of love.”- Sue Johnson, Ph.D., founder of EFT.

EMDR is used for treating trauma, using eye movement to help reprocess distressing memories, reduce arousal, and reframe negative beliefs.

Our therapists are pretty darn skilled.

"Where you look affects how you feel." - David Grand, founder of BSP.

This is a somatic therapy that is a gentle and beautiful way to heal from all kinds of trauma.

Sand tray therapy is a therapeutic technique that uses a tray of sand along with small tools, toys, or figurines to help people express themselves without words

Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate way to help children (and adults!) get to know themselves and learn to express their emotions.

Group therapy provides a safe space for participants to process their emotions and experiences while being witnessed and supported by others.
