I support women, mothers, and couples navigating identity shifts, anxiety, and the journey into parenthood so they can feel grounded in themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move through postpartum and family life with greater clarity, connection, and self-compassion.
I work closely with couples during the transition into parenthood, helping them feel like teammates again, deepen emotional connection, and build a relationship that can hold both partnership and parenting.
I do this work because I deeply believe that healing happens in the context of relationships—with ourselves and with the people we love. My work is rooted in values of connection, curiosity, and honoring the complexity of the human experience, particularly during seasons of transition such as pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I am passionate about creating spaces where individuals and couples feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate change together.
A few years ago, I became a parent at the very start of the pandemic—a time marked by uncertainty, isolation, and heightened anxiety. That experience profoundly shaped my understanding of the postpartum period, not only as a clinical concept but as a lived, internal process. While each parent’s outer circumstances are unique, I’ve come to understand how the transition into parenthood often touches similar internal parts: questions of identity, safety, connection, and belonging. Drawing from both my professional training and personal experience allows me to sit with parents in these tender seasons with steadiness and care, while gently attending to the internal parts that are often activated during the transition into parenthood.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to two young children and deeply value community, time with family, and moments of slowing down when possible. I enjoy movement that helps me feel strong, baking sourdough, quiet mornings with a cup of coffee and a good book, and creating small rituals that bring grounding and meaning to everyday life.
In addition to my clinical work, I teach in the Counseling Psychology program at Santa Clara University, where I love mentoring aspiring therapists as they develop their clinical voice, confidence, and capacity to do meaningful, relationally attuned work.
