Hi!

I'm Rachael Ostrowski, LMFT

I offer specialized individual, family, and group therapy for neurodivergent girls and nonbinary youth.

My work focuses on supporting their specific developmental journey through the teen years, helping them navigate the complexities of identity, social dynamics, and self-advocacy as they move toward independence.

Through my years of supporting families, I have seen that prioritizing communication and connection during the teen years is the most vital investment a parent can make. By fostering a secure bond now, we create the framework for a healthy, ongoing relationship that continues to grow and evolve as the child transitions into adulthood.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family (husband, 2 children, and dog), trying out new exercise classes, and traveling.
